SAPPHIRE TRIXX BLUE SCREEN DRIVERS
Updated MB BIOS and AMD Chipset Drivers. I am not running any counters or overlays from MSI Afterburner, Command Center, or Sapphire Trixx. I changed the PCIe port from AUTO to 3 GEN. I turned off hardware acceleration on Firefox and Discord. SAPPHIRE TRIXX BLUE SCREEN DRIVER
I used DDU to remove AMD drivers and all other display drivers, installed only AMD driver without Radeon Software. I defaulted Radeon Software and disabled features like Freesync. I tried multiple Radeon Drivers and used to DDU for 19.7.5, 19.10.2, 20.2.2, 20.4.1, currently using 20.4.2 since I experience less BSODs. Troubleshooting: These steps are not in specific order. I cannot play a game without it causing this crash. What happens is my screen will freeze, go black, and the last sound made will be constant until the PC forces itself to restart. SAPPHIRE TRIXX BLUE SCREEN UPDATE
Update The major issues I am having now is when I try to play a game like Call of Duty: Warzone, PUBG, or Rocket League, it will run fine for a bit but then crash. When I shut it down at night and boot it up the next day, it repeats this process. Eventually after about 3 or 4 times, it will no longer be an issue and I can keep the computer running for the rest of the day.
It will reboot my machine and can happen again multiple times. This issue usually goes along with a frozen screen for about a second or flickers to black for a second before the blue screen. When I open and start using Discord or Firefox, I get the Windows blue screen with the following error: VIDEO_SCHEDULER_INTERNAL_ERROR. When I first boot up my computer, I log in and try to open up all the applications I need. I purchased and installed a new Sapphire Pulse 5700 XT and this is when the issue started to occur. I did change around my hardware since the last post.
